Add-ons
Want to add something? Below are the most common add-ons and their associated fees. The percentages are calculated based on the prices listed on my commission sheet. (Some add-ons may not have an extra charge for some commission types, but those that are will be listed on vgen!)
Detailed Background: +100%
Feathered Wings: +25% (non feathery wings will be drawn without extra charge)
Pets: Small: +25% Medium +50% Large/Mount: +100%
Complex Detail: +25% (Includes elaborate tattoos, large weapons or tools, instruments, intricate patterns, etc. When in doubt, simply ask me if it counts!
Additional Characters: +110% each. (The additional charge is due to compositional challenges. Characters ordered as separate images do not apply this fee.)
Special Options
The following fees are based on the total cost of the base price plus any add-ons.Rush Job: +50% of total price (Skip the line, or hit the deadline)
Use for Resale: +50% of total price (Applies to products, marketing, or streams)
Exclusivity: +100% of total price. (Pay for ownership)
Tattoo ticket: +20€ (get a written permission ticket to get the commissioned art tattooed! DISCLAIMER! I am not a tattoo artist and therefore cannot guarantee how well the art will transfer into a tattoo! Make sure you work closely with your tattoo artist!)
Payment Process
Once you have chosen what you want to commission, your commission price will be calculated as follows:
commission base price + any add-ons chosen + payment app fee of 5%After the price has been agreed upon, I take half the payment up front as a deposit and the other half when the job is done. (Due to Paypal's extra fees, this does not include payments under 20€! Such payments must be made upfront in full.) The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full.
All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances, IF the commission has been work on already!
If you decide you do not wish to continue with the commission before the second part of the payment has been made, I keep the deposit and stop work on your commission.Payment plans can be arranged for larger commissions; ask me for details if necessary.
Please do not pay the entire total in advance, unless it is under 20€. Tipping is allowed but not required.
The Process
Once the initial deposit of 50% has been paid, your commission will be added to my trello, where you can see where you are in the queue, as well as the phase in which your commission is in!Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat colors) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Once the final version is approved, and the other 50% of the agreed upon price has been paid, I will send you the finished artwork!
What if you change your mind about something?
You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add-ons simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades.Once work on the commission has started, you will get 5 free revisions to the sketch and 3 for flat colors. After that if you need to change something, you will be charged 5€ per extra revision. (This does not include small tweaks such as a forgotten highlight or jewel etc.)
Legal Information
All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace. You are allowed to post the art you have commissioned to social media, use it for profile pictures and banners WITH CREDIT!In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I feel uncomfortable with for any reason.
